Best for the price/quality
I ordered this right before July 4th forgetting about the holiday weekend, and still I got my package on the 8th! (Earlier than I thought).
When you open this package you will notice the dress is more green, than blue like the picture. But thats ok. There was a small snag on mine from the package it was in, but its not very noticable. The pearl bead strands like to fall out of the loops, but its easy to pop them back in.
I ordered the 1x-2x since I'm 5'10" and 215lbs, and yet this was kinda loose on me. But better loose than tight!! The back likes to bunch up, which is a little annoying. The backside I think it just too light so I'm going to make my own "belt" to help keep the backside down so it will stop riding up. There is a long zipper down the back. The torso seems a little long and so in order to keep the dress on my chest, I have to pull the dress lower, which totally shows my underwear. I'm still working on how to fix that...The cups are made for someone who is larger up top...and since im not theres a lot of flapping room around the "seashell" bra. The halter is adjustable! Overall this was the best mermaid costume I've seen, and the price was the best. I'm going to alter it around to make it fit me better but this is a great costume, regardless of the faults. The back bunching up is honestly the biggest problem, and hopefully by sewing on a belt that will solve the issue. Very streatchy and the fabric is nice and light. Easy to move in and sit down in. The torso is really sheer, but since I'll be around college aged people I don't really mind.
