  • Great hat

    I wore this with the police officer outfit it was perfect, the vinyl is very shiny it fit my head perfectly & was very comfortable. The badge does say "Peelern" not sure what that means but no one really paid attention anyway.

  • ruined my costume

    I know this is a vinyl hat but it is REALLY shiny. didnt go with my basic cop costume and i felt more like it was for the Village People. And the top of the hat has a badge and it says "PEELERN"--What is that?? not "cop" or "police". If i could i would have returned it but we had a party to attend. Go with a better hat.
