My expectations weren't that high to begin with given the price was only ~$40, but the costume that arrived in the mail was ridiculous in a number of ways! The material was like a heavy construction paper and very stiff. The shirt was far too large and ridgid; and the hat was way too small. The pants, for me, was the only usable part of the costume... Best to avoid this costume and keep shopping...

The fabric was pretty pathetic. It worked but wasn't worth the price with that fabric. It was like tablecloth fabric!

The costume looks really nice on the website but this was by far the worst costume I have ever purchased. It's made of this horrible felt-like material that feels like you are wearing a cardboard box. Honestly. You can hold it up by a corner and it won't even bend to gravity. The buttons aren't buttons and it was almost impossible to get on and off. By the end of a short night it was worn through in four or five spots in the pants and I was looking for a burning barrel and some lighter fluid. If they just made it out of some sort of cotton or poly blend it would have been great. Stay far far away.

The main issue with this costume is that they chose to make it out of a cardboard-like material. I don't understand why they couldn't just use a cotten or polyester material. The cardboard-like material made it so that the costume was very rigid. It stuck out everywhere. The size is what is expected for all costumes that "fits most". I'm 5'5" and 130lbs, so obviously this thing was very large on me.

My husband was the hit of the party in his baseball outfit. I was Marilyn Monroe and he was Joe DiMaggio. He was comfortable and best yet this costume will get more use in years to come.
