Great Detail and Color
This is a great buy and great value. The coloring is vibrant, and there is remarkable detail in the shadowing and highlights of the bird's contours and feathering. I was worried it wouldn't be able to stand upright on its own, but its legs are sturdy, and it relies on the tail for stable tripod action. I was also concerned that it wouldn't survive shipping, but it was bundled in with seven other items I ordered and it sustained no "smushing" or cracking damage. The bird is lightweight for easy suspension, although I plan to perch it over my inbox at work! :)
