It's costume jewelry, as one would expect. However, it's extremely poorly made. The chain fell right off when I when I took it out of the package and even when I bent the links back and fixed it, it was incredibly small. I'm not a large lady, so I'm not sure exactly who would be able to wear this except for a child.

The necklace was a very lovely touch to my Audrey Hepburn costume but I did have one big problem with it. It broke after only having it on for about an hour. I was not doing anything that would have caused it to break, it just snapped while I was wearing it. It was also a bit tight and I'm an average sized woman so I don't think it should have been that way. Overall it was a nice look at a great price.

I was extreamly pleased with my purchase. It fit perfectly with the Queen Elizabeth costume I purchased for my daughter. The design makes it versitle enough to go with several costumes.
