This costume is really cute and sexy. I don't know if I would wear it out in public since it's SUPER short, but if you are looking to play dress-up ; ) this is a good choice! I'm pretty petite (5' 2" and 110lbs) and the teen 0-9 fit me great. A black petticoat really adds to it and helps fluff up the skirt. Overall great quality on the costume. The hat is a little odd and it arrives pretty squished, but overall great costume for such a cheap price!

CUTE outfit!

I bought this to wear to a Vampire/Pirate Punk Rock Prom, and loved it! It does fit TIGHT! It is definately SHORT! I am 5'4" and about 130 lbs. I made my own black petticoat for it, and made it 2 1/2 inches longer to add length to the dress. By itself, the dress barely covered my butt standing... forget about sitting down! You will NEED something under it! Even with the petticoat, I wore a pair of ruffle-butt panties over my fishnets (just to be safe) and I felt very comfortably covered! The netting stuff in the sleeve puffs is very scratchy at the seam. You may want to line that area with some other material. I'd planned to, but didnt have time. I'd do that before I wore it again. Overall, great outfit for what I bought it for! :)

teen costume to short for 5'6" girl

My 5 year old daughter picked the child size in this costume super cute, and she wanted us to matchThis costume is beautiful, but unfortunately way to short for me. ( I normally wear a size 2 and am 5'6") I tried the adult small and it was huge on me, so I thought that I would try the teen size. It fit a little big on the waist tight in the chest (34D), but it bairly covered the top 1/3 of my bottom. Ha ha not apprpriate for a family holloween. I wish they made an extra small

this is definitely not teen sized; there is no size chart attached to this item and that should have sounded the alarm for me. when we received it, it had a child's size 12-14 sticker on the front of the package and i think that is the true size. my daughter is a junior size 7 and 5'3" and this costume only fell slightly below her hips and she could not zip it up! but the costume itself is gorgeous; we are reordering it in an adult medium (because we already bought the accessories) and gifting this size to my older daughter, who is a junior size 2 (and it is even a bit tight on her)

The hat was a bit squashed when I got it and it was difficult to fluff it up. Also, if you have skinny arms, the sleeve add ons slip down. But it was a fun outfit and had the desired effect!
