Being a Nana, this covers what needs to be covered. Glad I read other reviews and purchased a size bigger than usual, and it is fine! Bought the litttle pirate hat to go with. Belt is a tie behind you, a little different, but at least you can adjust tightness.

Good basic pirate costume. Nothing fancy, fairly well made for the price. Very true to size if not roomier. This is truly good for a plus sized girl. I am 5'7 240# and I had plenty of room.

I ordered this after returning another costume from a different site that was too small. This costume is very generous. I am a size 16W and this costume fits nicely, a little large in the top, but I'm going for comfort here (and I am not busty). I plan to tack the shoulders a bit, but it would look fine without the tacking. The belt is a little cheesy, but it doesn't look bad as part of the costume. Can't wait to wear this on Saturday for our Halloween party!

This costume was exactly what I was looking for. I wanted a costume that didn't cost too much, and didn't reveal too much. I am a size 12 and the costume fits big (too big is better than too small), except for the elastic around the arm sleeves are very tight. No big deal. I can cut a notch in the elastic.
