I am short wasted and this costume isn't even long enough to be a long shirt. You will have to wear something with it. It is a cute costume but plan on ordering a size larger than you wear normally.

Title: Fun Costume

Costume was short and snug. I did not want to wear leggings or biker shorts underneath so I purchased some fabric ($6.00) at the fabric store. First of all, I'm not good at sewing but I was able to do this! I unstitched the sides of the skirt about 6-8 inches up. Then I cut two triangluar pieces of fabric and sewed it in the skirt part of the costume. This immediately made the skirt lay much nicer. Then, I cut a band of jagged fabric and stitched it to the bottom portion to make it longer. Please believe when I say, I can't sew, but was able to pull this off. Luckily no one was able to see my stitching because it wasn't pretty. But it was a hit!
