shirt sewn into vest was too short my sons belly was hanging out by about 5 inches! other than that it worked.

Well I took the costume out of the bag and the shirt had a run on it.... the belts are too loose compare to the outfit that is a little on the small side.....

The shirt didn't even cover all of my sons stomach. Definitely have to alter this or just cut out the shirt part completely and buy a tan shirt. Could have bought the same materials at a fabric store and spent less money. The fabric is VERY thin. Its time to learn how to sew!

Don't be deceived by the photo. Not all is included in this costume. No hat, no sword, no boot covers. The shirt in the photo is made of a wrinkly fabric but the costume I got had a shirt made of a very cheap fabric of the same color. So if you want a nice costume then it is better to pay more for one that comes with all the accessories... I'll end up spending more than I wanted to because my son will "need" all the extras to complete the look. I'm glad it was "on sale"

My son was determined to be a pirate last year so i bought this costume because it was the best looking costume. they did not have a small last year so i bought the medium for my,then 5 year old, son. It fit him big but he loved it and he looked amazing. I had to put sweatpants on under the pants that are provided because the material is really thin and in NorCal the weather is usually cool for Halloween. OH, and he did not like the wig/bandanna , he said it was itchy.
