Said could put on over shoes. Didn't work and could barely get size 11 foot in shoe without shoe making it hard to walk.

We bought these for a stuffed clown dummy in a carnival themed party. OMG they have just enough of that goofy, funky, awkward quality to give our clown a realistic and professional quality - they are lightweight, HUGE and funky. Love em!!! I think they would fit on adult stocking feet if not too wide - we put our dummy's feet in so don't know. Very cool stuff!
