I'm 5'5", 130 pounds, hourglass figure. This costume is really cute and made really well. However it is true about the bust size. I ordered a larger size because I am rather busty, but this costume showed twice as much as the model. Otherwise the dress fit was like a glove. Although, I found the belt too be too small for my hips. It almost seemed like the belt that was enclosed should was for an XS. It was smaller than my size small belts.

I bought this costume because I wanted something that no one else would think of. I was the hit of all my parties I went to in this. It was on the short side but with the belt on, it holds the skirt down and you dont have to worry about showing too much. It was such a popular costume that I have been requested to wear it for holiday parties too. Made really well and fit perfectly. Although its a bit pricy, buycostumes had the best price on it hands down and shipped it very quickly.

This costume is really cute. I'm 5'3 and 110lbs, I bought a small, the fit is just right. The sides have laces to give some allowance or to tighten. It's also short, but very sassy. I love it.
