The costume has very rich material. It has a slight twist of gold embroidery making it sparkle. Although, I am 5'7, 34 D chest and slim, I ordered a small which was VERY tough to get on!! I am normally a size 6, but it was clear the material gives no stretch (has no spandex at all). It took me 15 minutes to squeeze into it, which I finally did! I highly recommend ordering a size up, unfortunately it looks as though since its only on clearance they have XS ONLY. The costume is super sexy, very seductive, my husband almost melted! Wear it well ladies. x

What a fantastic costume! Every where I went on Halloween I was told I had the best costume and looked absolutely stunning and these comments were from old, young, guys and gals alike! It is so elegant, it is worth every penny! I would recommend purchasing one size up as it really runs small. I had to exchange for a larger size and received the new one the very next dayI Super service from Buy Costumes, and I would not buy from any other online vendor! THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Marie Antoinette would love this...

The costume was beautiful. That being said, there were a few problems. I am typically a size 2-4, so I ordered a Small. When the costume came, it was clear I would be able to wear it, it was WAY too small in the bust. The fabric gives absolutely NO stretch at all. I sent the Small back, and ordered the Medium. The Medium at too small as well, but I took it to the tailor and had it altered. If you're looking at this costume, buy a size bigger than you usually wear (especially if you're busty). The "Marie' wig accessory was okay, but took a lot of work to get it to look right. All in all, I'm happy with this purchase. The layers are wonderful. The fabric divine. Definitely a good choice for the 'fashionista' in any woman!

worth the price, high quality! i got compliments all night. purchased the wig and shoes from this site and was pleased. loved the detail! the zoom cant capture it all. my only problem was with the zipper, had it replaced with a heavy duty one.A nd u will need assitance to get this costume on. buy it !!!

I was leery of spending this much for a costume, but it was totally worth it. All of the other Marie Antoinette costumes I found looked so tacky and cheap I had to go for it. It comes with practically everything, the petticoats, panties, stockings. My only gripe is the zipper. As with the other reviewers I agree they could have used a higher quality zipper. Mine was already broken before I even put it on! I had to spend another $20 to have my tailor fix it. But now it's perfect and I know I can wear it for many more Halloweens!
