I have 3 children, and we've ordered our Halloween costumes from buycostumes.com the past two years. The customer service has been excellent and we've really enjoyed the costumes! We will be ordering from the site next year too! What arrived at our home was exactly how it looked online; we were very pleased with the price and the product. This year my son's costume arrived with only 1 boot, instead of 2. Buycostumes.com took care of it immediately and sent us the 2 boots, well in time for Halloween! We were so pleased with the quick response! Highly recommended!
