My daughter said it was itchy from the moment I slipped it over her head. The material is cheap, it needs to be ironed, but I 'm afraid it will melt. The under lining looks like its made from a disposable plastic tablecloth. The skirt is way short than pictured, this picture shows the skirt laying flat, but its so poofy I can see her but when she bends. My daughter is a 3T, and the siz I purchased is a 3/4T, there is no way if she was a 4T that this would fit. The bodice is the only thing ablout the costume that seems to be made of quality. The The hat is great until you look at the chincy ribiion the attached, it doesnt lay flat. I have to do a lot of work to this costume before Halloween so that we can make it work. Dont let the great price steer you into buying, steer clear of this purchase.

I got this for my grandaughter for Halloween. She has not tried it on yet but it looks like it will be very itchy. I thought it would be softer fabric. The sleeves are see through and do not look comfortable. The dress has a soft fabric underneath though. I guess she will have to wear a long sleeve shirt under it. I will say the price was really nice.

The costume was a lot less "sparkly" than in the image. But the costume was pretty cute. VERY scratchy. When my 2 and half year old daughter tried in on she nearly cried till we took it off. She said she liked the way she looked but wanted it off. We will for sure need an outfit on underneath, but that was sort of to be expected. I got her the 3T-4T size since other reviews said it ran small. It fits her pretty well and she's sort of small. Overall I was satisfied and it was pretty much what I had expected.

Great Costume - Small hat

This quality of this costume was very good. It was a little scratchy, but that was easily remedied with a body suit underneath. It runs a little small and that hat runs really small! My daughter is 2 years old and she could not even come close to putting the hat on her head! The costume is very colorful and flattering and I would recommend it to everyone.
