I absolutely LOVED this costume. It looked exactly how I imagined, and I got tons of compliments. I am 5'2" and usually wear 14/16, and this fit me perfectly. I didn't find the arms or neck to be tight like other reviewers had; I actually thought the whole dress was really comfortable. It was on the short side, which I expected. But not so short that I had to tug at it all night (+), and even sitting down in it was ok (++). The material is a little on the thin side, but nothing some quality undergarments wouldn't take care of. I highly recommend wearing some shorts or Spanx underneath, especially if you plan to do a lot of moving around or dancing! I added my own red belt to the dress, just to emphasized my waist more. But even without, it was a great looking costume. The hat was a little awkward. I didn't use the elastic head band it came with. Instead I just folded the hat up and used bobby pins to secure it to my hair.

i also bought this costume. i fell in love with it instantly so i was so excited when it arrived in 2 working days. i immediately put it one, i realized that it did not fit. the vinyl on the arms were tight. and it was super short. i am 5'4 and a size 16 with a 40c bust. these costumes are defintely a small cut.

I ordered this costume and was excited when it arrived super fast. I ordered the 1x because this was the only size and based on the chart this was my size. I am 5'5 a 14/16 usually sometimes an 18 and when I tried this on it fit well, but because of the vinyl on the sleeves the arms fit tight :( it also has vinyl around the neck which didn't fit, wow I didn't think I had a big neck (lol) maybe if you sew you could remove it, but I felt for the $ I chose not to. I sent the costume back, but I would recommend it, very cute but make sure your like a 12/14 I would consider this a junior plus size.
