On 3 separate occasions, I purchased Queen of Hearts Adult Costumes in Medium, L and XXL for Valentines Day in January fom BuyCostume.com. Two of these were too small and the XXL was too big. XL wasn't available. After following their instructions on returning these costumes, I was told that I would only get one credit for the Medium costume I ordered. They claimed that the L and XXL were damaged and refused to refund my money. I didn't wear these, I just tried them on. I opted to have the costumes returned to me, rather than letting them keep them for re-sale. Finally, by February 28th, I had received both costumes. I would not buy from Buy Costumes.com if I wasn't planning to keep what I bought because they won't give you your money back. Some Guarantee.

Loved the Queen of Heart's Costume. Received many compliments. My husband went dressed as my "Prince". Many people asked where we purchased our costumes. I found the Queen costume fit true to size but very long. We bought a hoop and sewed it to the crinoline which worked well.

I wear a size 20w. I ordered a size 3 X and it was to small so I returned it for a refund and have not received my refund as of today. It has been 2 weeks.

Got so many great compliments on the costume! The sleeves were a tad tight in my bicep area and the material used for the petty coat was very thin and was already ripped along the seam. Did fit great otherwise the sleeves. I also bought a different crown to wear (the headband was kind of cheesy) and watched a video on how to do my hair like the Queen of Hearts. Over-all loved the costume!

This costume is awesome!! I loved it. I would suggest using the measurements when looking for your size. At first I went by the dress size and it was way too small. It was a little snug using the measurements but I will still very happy with it. I will buy another costume next year. I had excellent service when I called to send back the first one. The second one came in super fast. The sleeves were tight and extra long so I cut them to fit.
