Agree with other reviewers that this costume runs big. The medium is 10 - 12, which is large for a medium, so double check the size chart. Overall, the material is good and the pieces are verstile so that they can be used with other costumes. I was happy to find out that the white top is not overly see-through. I recommend this costume for pear-shapes because the skirt is very comfortable and should fit women with larger hips/thighs (you're not alone!). Just for clarification, the top did "fit" as far as the bust but the red material below the bust is too large and clearly hangs loose.

Very cute costume but it does run big. I've generally found costumes to run on the small size but with this one I should have ordered one size down.

The costume was exactly like the pictures shown. The only problem was the top was a little too big. It didn't seem as though it was a size small like I had ordered. But with a few minor alterations...It fit just fine.
