  • With short notice it worked for what we needed

    We bought this for my husband for the Renaissance Festival since a group of us was dressing up. None of the LARGE sizes were available (all sold out) so we went for the PLUS due to not being able to wait for the right size. It was bigger but would probably fit fine for an actual plus size. My husband and I had to "edit" the belt, sash and front buckles by resizing and sewing to make it a better fit on him but again thats because we went a size up. He was a little disappointed that the shirt color underneath the brown vest is a bright hunter green in person and NOT a muted mossy green like in the photo but that wasn't a huge deal. We actually ended up adding things and customizing the costume to suit our needs and it was worth it.
