This costume looks really cool, but it will take a little work (as mentioned in some other reviews) to really make it wearable. The "armor" is only held on by a few pieces of thread and will need to be reattached to the suit. Even after just trying it on, one of the leg pieces came off, so that was disappointing. The only reason I'm not rating this lower is becaause it should be an easy fix, and will look great when I'm done with it. If you want a costume that will not require any work from you, this is not it.

The stitching of the chest pad broke quite easily when I put it on. You would think for $150, it would hold together a little better. As it was last minute I had no opportunity to replace it.

From the front this costum looks great, but the armored pieces only appear on the front, the back is just a jumpsuit. Also it's a good thing I didn't need the helmet, because it came dented/lopsided and the shin pieces also came dented.

hi there i bought this costume and when it arrived all the foam paddings were bent and creased, while trying it on the foam chest plate broke off because its only held by a couple single stitches, therfor costing me another $30 for valcro tape to tape them all on.. i would not reccomend this outfit for the price!!!!!

The product picture is actually fairly accurate -- I purchased this costume about 2 weeks ago during the post-Halloween sale. The costume is actually a one-piece jumpsuit with a rear zipper: the chest armor, elbow joint, and leg pieces are made of foam. It is a fairly cozy suit but clearly designed for someone with a medium to large build. I am 5'9, 155 lbs, and the costume still fits fine with plenty of room in case I gained a few extra pounds. The foam is pretty convincing for afar, but you have to be careful since it seems to show signs of tear easily. The gloves will need some modifying unless you have long fingers! The helmet is comprised of a plastic exterior and a vinyl neck. The helmet is not very sturdy and will flatten outwards -- I went to the hobby store and bought velcro strips and the problem was solved. However, the helmet will probably be best on a person with either a large head or a small head: on me, the vinyl neck stretches outwards since it has no clue what to do. Perhaps the only downside to the costume is the price... I bought this costume on sale, which is a plus. $110 is a bit steep, but if you catch BuyCostumes with a sale, then this is the best bang for your buck outside of shelling out thousands for a screen-accurate armored costume!
