    Arrive on time as scheduled. Eyes did not work and not enough time to return before Halloween for replacement. I will be returning this for a replacement that works. When hanging, the velcro will not stay stuck to keep the parts covered. I love the action it makes and my son-in--law loved it even though he had to put it together and it didn't work right. Not wind friendly at all.
