Your costume includes a polyester panne velvet tunic with fine silver trim detailing and silver cord lacing at the chest, a dashing period style feathered hat, and black faux suede knickers with an elastic waist, comfortable and fashionable in a very Shakespearian sort of way.

    i used this costume for my class play. it was a hit. The hat was super small. I had to rip it to fit the childs head, but no one knew

  • Romeo costume just "fair"

    we needed a medieval costume for Shakespeare nite at middle school & this fit the bill: good discounted price and spalshy enuf for my 13 yr old to say "cool!". Problems: my son is slight of build at 13 and it barely fit him, better descrip would say 8-12 yr old size. Also: other reviewers disparage the cap and rightly so--it WAS made for a baby. Some alterations are needed if you want your teen to wear it on his head. No boots is a drag, but for this price, not a big deal.

  • Not bad for the price

    I purchased two of these costumes for my twin's History Faire at their middle school. The costume worked out well except that the hat was way too small so they couldn't wear it. It might fit a baby but not a 12 year old. The pants are a stiff velvety fabric and the inseam came out sometime during the day on one of them. The shirt was pretty nice. It served it's purpose.
