I wish that the top part had been just a tad bit larger. It is also hard for us larger women to fit into outfits when the shoulder area is larger as well. But over all I really love it!

I got the bigger size thinking I could take it in if it was too big, but the truth is this costume wsa way too small. I normally wear 18-20 and got the 3-4x thinking it would be ok but was not. Also it closes in the back with snaps that are not very sturdy and open when you sit...

BuyCostumes.com is the only way to shop for Halloween costumes as long as you know the size you want. My granddaughter was delighted with every aspect of the costume from the color to the little sailor hat that comes with it to the little ruffle like a petticoat at the bottom. Payment, sizing and quick delivery was excellent.

Cheap material, seams ripped under arms

I loved the look of the costume online, but when I wore it last night, I didn't like it at all. Upon opening the costume, I noticed the seams were VERY loose and stitched too far apart and one of the patches was lifting off. The costume itself Is very uncomfortable around the bust, too tight. The seams under the arms ripped almost immediately. I ran late to the party because I had to stitch up one side. Then throughout the night, they both ripped and an anchor patch fell off. The dress sticks out too much and makes you look bigger than you actually are. I was very unhappy with my choice. So needless to say, spare yourself the drama and choose a different costume.
