      This sailor costume was purchased for my daughter's Yorkie, Ryliee. Ryliee and Becca dressed allike as sailors and won 2nd place at a pet store Halloween contest. She got many remarks how cute Ryliee's costume was.

      i had this item shipped i recieved it with no anchor on it....i called customer service and they shipped me a new one and still no anchor on it....its just a plain blue jacket!!!!
