Like a previous reviewer mentioned, the top will need to be taken in and the straps shortened. I wear size 8 and bought medium so I was expecting a better fit. Buying a smaller size would not have sufficed though since there is no zipper or ties and the costume needs to be pulled on. The waist, which fits perfect when on, is only just large enough to allow me get into the costume. Also, the gloves fit very tight and cut into the upper arm. I've purchased many, many costumes from this site but this is the first time that I chose one of the more expensive ones. Unfortunately the price does not reflect quality in this case. For $40-$50 I would have had no reason to complain but I am hard pressed to find justification for a $95 price tag on this one. I'll make the necessary alterations and I'm sure this costume will look fine on Halloween.

Not to thrilled

This costume is the first that I am not thrilled with. It certainly does NOT fit true to size. I am a size 8 and ordered the medium. The top part of the dress is so big that I am going to have to take it in. The straps are extremely long and will have to take them in. The skirt part....is VERY SHORT! I would say that it hangs maybe 3 inches past my hips. I ended up going to the fabric store and found similar silk and will have to add some length to the skirt. I was expecting something much better for the cost. I should have stuck with the brand InCharacter.

This product was an excellent purchase. Service was great, quality great. It was bigger than i thought, but some minor ammendments made it fit great.
