This fabulous flapper costume includes a beautiful dress in a patterned Blue velvet a bit longer in the back, with Silver, White and Blue fringe, off the shoulder on one side with Silver straps, matching hat, shawl and long faux pearl necklace with fake jewels (differs slightly from shown) and real peacock feather accents on the dress and hat.
