Title: beautiful dress but is a little small

I bought this plus size costume because I really wanted this exact style and at the time it was not in stock in the standard size. In costumes I usually fall between sizes, standard is too small, plus way too big. In this case the plus was only very slightly too big. It still fit well enough to use it. It is velvet so there is some stretch to it, but if you were a true size 18 to 20 it may not fit exactly right. The quality is really amazing though and the color and material is just gorgeous!! The only beef I have is that the skirt just kind of hangs there. If they had put an attached petticoat it would have been soooo much better. Not a deal breaker though, it is wearable as is, or you could just purchase a petticoat for underneath but who wants to spend the extra money? Overall, for a costume I really liked it.

Title: doesn't fit like the pic AT ALL

I bought this dress for a halloween party 2009. Im 5'8 and wear size 16 and this dress fits fine but i don't see it going up to size 20. Also the dress is itchy around the neck and the mid arms. The length is great! Long and hits the floor but it would look better with a hoop skirt under it. Also the mid part of the dress doesnt hang as low as in the picture it goes up which makes you look bigger. I don't feel this dress is worth what i paid for it.
