Title: Great Price Be careful On the size.

The shoes were great! They sparkle and they are great! The only problem I had with them is this; I wear a 5 and half in woman's shoes. I order a 6 because they didn't have a half size. I got two other pairs from the same company and the smallest they had was a 7 but I needed them, I got 7's as well. When I tried them on, I couldn't get the 6 or the 7's on. They run VERY VERY SMALL

Title: Defective Product, Great Service

I was looking for a pair of Ruby Slippers for Halloween and these looked like they fit the bill. I'd seen similar shoes at actual stores in the area, but the price at buycostumes.com was the most competitive that I saw so I ordered them from there. The shoes arrived quickly and looked great out of the box, but unfortunately when I tried them on, I noticed that one of the buckles was broken. I returned them to the website with no problems for a refund, but I wound up going with a different costume instead. With the exception of the buckle, the shoes were pretty sturdy and better quality than I would have expected for costume shoes.
