This costume was HOT! Everything about it was cute. In the picture, the little hotpants looked kind of silly so I was a little bit nervous when I ordered, but when they came I was in love with them. They are made out of the same velvety material as the top and they can be pulled down to be hip huggers. They didn't look like a diaper, which I thought they did in the picture. The top was great too, and the little hood draped just right. I love-love-loved this costume!
