I loved this costume. I am 5"9 and a size 6, however I wear a 34D and definitely am glad I read the reviews and looked at the sizing chart for this costume. I ORDERED A SIZE LARGE per the sizing guide and it fit perfectly. I also ordered the double layered petticoat for $20 to cover my rear end more lol. The petticoat added the perfect fullness and length I was looking for. Paired underneath with black fishnets and black hot shorts I was ready to party! Re: the tulle tutu that comes with the costume should immediately be taken out of the bag and EACH layer pulled out and fluffed for the correct effect - I then hung up with a pant hanger to clip in closed and flat. I did wear the tutu included with the tag upside down - the layers on the tulle tutu are shorter on top that way and longer on the bottom. Pull up the petticoat underneath and its stunning!

I wore the peacock costume to a house party and a pub party and got tons of compliments!!! Everyone wanted to know where I had gotten the costume. It was very creative and all the pieces were intricately made. I would definately order another costume from you.

My clothing size ranges from a 0-4 depending on where I shop, and the small fit me perfectly! If you're bigger than a size 4 then I don't recommend getting the size small as it is pretty snug on. The feathers may be a little flimsy if you don't take care of the corset, but they can always be sewed/stitched down if that happens. This costume was a huge success and I was getting compliments all night!

I was a bit nervous to order this costume after some of the negative reviews, and the price, but it just arrived and I'm VERY pleased with it! Yes, it is very expensive and I do believe probably overpriced. But the quality, wow factor, and fact that I don't have to put anything extra together or spend time shopping/glueing/sewing, is worth it for me. The corset is very well made with boning, thick fabric, and well attached feathers. It's not cheap or thin at all. II'm not sure how I feel about the sizing. I am 5' 8", about 140 lbs (slender) and usually wear a medium or even a small in certain clothes, because I am tall, relatively thin, but have large cup size. I think the large fits well, with the exception of the top of the corset across my chest. It's just a bit too big at the top (not tight enough around my top ribcage which is narrow), but otherwise fits well. The cup size is just about right for me (I am a D cup). So overall, I feel I should have been able to order a medium given my weight and typical size, but the large works pretty well despite being a little bit big across my top ribcage. It arrived well packaged, with all components in place and properly attached. The tutu is wrinkled yes, but it's tulle and all you have to do is mess around with it with your hands and you can reposition it. Plus, the tutu is so fluffy that even though it's short, it has so much volume that it creates shadows and the illusion of length. I'll be wearing it with fishnet stockings and black boy shorts, and feel totally comfortable. I'm very happy with this costume and while I think $219 is a lot of money for it, it's so well made and not thin/cheap that I'm willing to pay for it! Highly recommended.
