I ordered a size large costume. The top fits great. I usually wear size 7 pants in juniors. The shorts are very tight around the waist and thighs. They are also very short. I will have to wear different shorts. Also the tights squeeze my thighs. For being a juniors size 7 below the waist the shorts and tights should fit but they don't.
