A good value.
I ordered this outfit for a "Hollywood" dress-up party. The dress and wig arrived on time, but the garter was missing. There was no time for me to call and try to get it. However, the dress was a good quality though slightly large for me. I am a size 14 and ordered a large. The only issue I had was that the top kept falling down and I had to pin it to a strapless bra to keep it up.
I think it was a good value for the price and would have been much better for me at a smaller size, but I'm use to things being too small from costumers so I ordered the large. Anyway I would definitely recommend it for others. The white stole that came with the dress was very nice, although a bit warm to wear all night long but I guess that's what it should be! Overall, very nice costume.
