We bought this for our three month old son. No child likes something around their head, but this costime was soft enough that he wasn't miserable. It kept him warm for trick-or-treating and completed our family's ocean theme (mermaid, pirate, shark). He was 15 lbs. and he filled it out fairly well.
I love this costume! It was a little on the big side, but a great buy. It was cheaper and more original than the costumes in the stores. I also loved that the bottom unhooked to expose my son's legs so I could put him in his carseat w/o undressing him. Too cute.
