Title: Great Shrek Costume

I ordered the shrek costume about a week ago. I needed by that weekend and only had 6 days to get it in time. So I used the express shipping options and got it when I needed it that was great. I had read the other review and didn't like what I was reading. But I took a dive and bought the costume anyway considering the review was written by a Girl who bought it for a boyfriend. From first hand experience I thought it was great. Yeah the mask was a little flat at first but a pillow and some toilet paper over night to fill it will make it take shape. Other than that it was great. I didn't like the boot tops so I just tucked them into my real boots. And yes it is an open back mask but nothing a little green make-up to the back of the head won't take care of. I bought the costume for the renaissance fair because I thought it would be a funny little gimmick and it was. Adults were pointing me out to their children and I had my picture taken with about 8 kids. They loved it. One kid seemed like she never got a chance to meet one of her favorite cartoon characters kept trying to follow me around she was so happy. I never realized it looked like that good of a costume until I reviewed some pictures taken of me. I would definitely recommend this costume.

Title: Looks better in the picture

When we opened the product the face was flat. I stuffed with a small pillow to have it regain shape. The ears were flat so used chop sticks to fill them with paper towel. Tummy material seemed to be poor quality. You can see a ridge going down the entire length of the stomach area which takes away from the costume. Eye holes in mask are extremely small. Very difficult to see out of. Not sure if may boyfriend will even use the mask or just wear green makeup on his face. Mask is held in place with a thin black strap of elastic. We were not expacting the mask to look the way it did.
