this was a fantastic and easy suit to put on did have to do a few minor adjustments I sewed a sheer piece of material across the mouth piece to hide your face but left the bottom of the material loose so you could pop food or straw to drink thru without giving away your identity also not enough velcro on the back so i added more or it would of been wide open alsoo like other people had said the head falls to the side and the POOL NOODLE worked excellent held it up fine as the noodle rests on your shoulders and doesnt allow the head to slip sideways fit XL man inside

I ordered this for my sister, who is quite tall (5'10) and we were a little worried that the outfit might be a bit big for her. When it arrived, we were pleasantly surprised! The costume was made from a thick felt (the picture looked like paper!) and was a nice quality. The buttons and face features were printed on instead of sewn on, but we didn't mind because it looked professional and completed the look. The only things that we was the head, and the back of the costume. The head is made from a felt backed with a thin foam, and it is floppy. For the head to stay up and secure, we have padded it with a bit of extra foam around the tops and sides. The back has no zip or velcro to keep it from coming open (helllooooo boys!), so we've decided to add a few of our own buttons. These aren't really major issues - just a few touchups. It does need a really good ironing, but other than that, I would recommend this as a fun costume. The photo I have attached is taken WITHOUT the foam in the head, so that you can see what the original product looks like.

Costume is a lot of fun! Wore it swing dancing at a Christmas party. Girls loved it! Is a great overall costume, but needs a few sligh modifications to help it along and that's why I gave it 4 out of 5 stars, other wise it would be a 5. 1. buy a pool noodle (long styro foam noodle for kids swimming in a pool) and use that to hold up the head. worked awesome, was cheap (like $6 on Amazon), light weight and just slid it into the head 2. had a seamstress add a zipper to the back otherwise it will tend to fall off or open up back there because there's only one small piece of velcro at the base of the neck to hold it together. easy enough solution, just have to plan a few days ahead that's all 3. not necessary, but useful to have seamstress also sew on the front part of the head piece to the front neck line (think sewing on the head from your left should to your right, but leaving the back of the head piece unsewen to make it easier to get on/off. this makes sure the head piece stays tucked in in the front so it always looks good 4. if wanted, you can sew a thin, brown or black screen in where the mouth is to cover your face, but that maks it tougher to see if lowering light. Overall: Great outfit. Would buy again and would recommend to a friend! have fun!

I got this costume for various xmas happenings/parties and it was a hit every time! The head is giant, and doesn't stay up well on its own, but I think if I add some wire to the inside, I'll be set. I don't regret it for a second!

We had a festive themed christmas party and the gingerbread costume was a great spin on the theme. We loved the costumes and will definitely wear them again and reccommend to friends!!
