This spooky fountain is decorated with skulls and will be the talk of your Halloween party. Includes plastic fountain, plastic skulls, attached air hose, and a fountain pump with attached power cord (110v). Fill with water (use red food coloring for spooky effect) and the pump will cause the water to flow out of the eye sockets of the top skull.
