Very cute costume, however living in Wyoming where it snows on Halloween it wasn't very warm. The skirt looks alot fuller in the picture than it actually is. We had to put a turtle neck & sweats under costume. She also complained about it itching.

I ended up sewing on a longer skirt with a layer of satin and two layers of tulle because my daughter would have froze wearing it and she was disappointed that it was not a "gown" like the real sleeping beauty. (I was apparently not paying attention the day I ordered it to see that it was a ballerina style skirt and not as shown in the picture) I am concerned that the sleeves and plastic straps will not hold up very long, so I haven't let her wear it yet other than to just try it on. I am kind of wishing I had ordered the expensive one instead, but even after alterations ended up spending less than I would have on the expensive costume. Good thing I know how to work a sewing machine :) I love ordering from BuyCostumes though because shipping time always blows away the competition. I paid for standard shipping and still had it in less than 4 days!!

This is a cute substitute for the Princess gowns. My only complaints are that it seems to run small. My daughter is a tiny size 4 and the 4-6 was a little tight, especially on the arms. But she loves it!
