Good for dress up
This costume is of fair quality. The costume comes in three pieces, a white slip dress, the ruffled skirt and the head band.
The lace for the sleeves is flimsy and poor quality. The workmanship is shoddy and the sizing is off. I bought the size 3-4 in yellow and the size 7-8 in pink. My children are at the upper age of each range and the skirt is sized so large that it falls down around their knees and won't stay up.
The ruffled sheer fabric is not of soft enough quality so that when you take it out of the package, it will need some careful steaming, if you intend to wear this for any kind of performance, or to a party.
I bought these because the price was low in the hopes that perhaps they could be worn for Halloween... I suspect these will be relegated to the dress-up pile instead. Had these been the only items I purchased at buycostumes.com I would have returned them and chose to shop elsewhere in the future. Fortunately, I was very satisfied with other merchandise in my order.
