Title: Excellent Quality - Great Price!

I bought 15 of these hats for a bachelorette party and when they came I was plesantly surprised. They are inexpensive so I wan't expecting to much, but they exceeded my expectations. The only downfall is that they are not adjustable, but nothing a little foam can't fix! Great buy!

I purchased 3 of these for a improv-type dinner party (gangsters & cops - 30s styles). The caps do look like the kind worn during the 30s & 40s. Good quallty -- but do not "stand-up" in the corners (or the front) the way the pix shows. The Badge on the front is cloth, but looks convincing from a slight distance. The color is a med. dark blue (light navy) and the badge is a silver color and says "Speciial Police". The brim is covered in vinyl and is probably the least solid part of the cap. This could work for just about anything requiring a vintage cop look.
