started coming apart at the seams!

i think i got this costume for my son maybe a week before halloween, but he loves spiderman & i had hoped he would get alot of use out of it. when we first got it he tried it on & it fit & looked great, but the next day he put it back on & within maybe 1/2 an hour a seam in the waist had come out. i thought maybe he was to rough putting it on-no big deal-i sewed it up & it seemed fine. we made it through halloween with no problems...but a couple of days later he wanted to play in it & again within 1/2 an hour the seam that i had sewn had come out, but there waer also holes all around & in a few other places! he was really looking forward to having a spiderman costume & were both pretty disappointed...

Buy Costumes Has Never Failed Me

This was my son's 6th Halloween and I have purchased all his costumes from Buy Costumes. The quality and price is unmatched and I still have each costume in mint condition. My son gets compliments every year from everyone that sees his costumes. He loves them and plays dress up with them year after year.

Great customer service

I was completely satisfied with buycostumes.com. Our first costume arrived as scheduled and my son LOVED it. It felt comfortable and looked way better than what we had seen at department stores. However, there was a little problem with the zipper and it broke after unzipping it for the 2nd time. I realized the problem but did not have the capability of fixing it correctly. So I called buycostumes.com and was greeted by a friendly person who listened to my problem and immediately took care of the problem without me having to do a thing. I could not have been more impressed.
