I bought this as an extra costume for my 9 year old daughter..if you are even looking for a black dress and hooded robe this is for you! (we didn't even use the web or hair and it was still totally awesome). it's light material, but covers well, so they can wear regular clothes underneath. with the right scary makeup my daughter looked really great. everyone needs one of these for the basic black halloween costume!!

My daughter insisted on being a zombie this year and absolutely loves this costume. It is fun and constructed well. It comes with two spider webs that you can attach as you like. We used safety pins to help hold the webs in place. It is a great costume.

My 7 year old daughter was really happy with this costume. The wig is strange looking out of the box since it just lines the face, but you can easily make it work by pulling the hood over the head to the right place & using bobby pins. Allow some time to make the spiderwebs look just right..they are just like the spiderwebs you buy in the store to decorate the house, so they need to be separated & pulled for the desired effect. Too bad there weren't spiders included like the picture, but we found some. Overall my daughter loved wearing it.
The wig is a little on the cheap side. It only has hair in the very front, but I was aware of this from reading other reviews. So it wasn't a shock upon receipt. I made it work by using bobby pins and clipping it to her real hair, also, you have to keep the hood up-then you can't tell that the hair is only in the front. The points on the hood hung down over her eyes, so I had to cut the length. She was able to trick or treat quite comfortably. I didn't notice any pulling or tugging all night. We've been celebrating Halloween since Friday 10/29 and it held up great. Will probably still be good next year! My girl was happy-so I was happy!
