Stage Blood is a bright red water-based product that looks exactly like fresh spurting blood. Stage Blood dries just like real blood. Can be watered down to thin for squirting effects. When gore is what you are going for, this is the product that will give you the desired result!

This Halloween, for my gory costume, first I got all dressed and wigged and then I dumped a bottle of this stage blood on my head. It dripped all over me in very realistic fashion and was still wet when I got to the party -- so everyone who said hi and hugged me got gory, too! When I got home I rinsed the stage blood out of the wig with warm water, washed it off me with soap and water, and the "blood" on my clothes came right out in a regular wash in the washing machine. The listing for this product says it does not include makeup remover. You will not need it for the stage blood unless you get the blood on something that cannot be washed in water. The only downside on the stage blood was, after a couple of hours it dried on my skin, which felt pinched and itchy. If this bothers you, try getting the little mini-bottle of stage blood so you can take it with you, duck into a rest room and rinse off the old blood and put on some new.

Package arrived, thank goodness the bottle was in a ziplock bag as the contents leaked out everywhere, so another thing ordered I cannot use. Extremely disappointing,l

Good quality stage blood. Looks real when wet and when dry. Using it for my Carrie Costume for my shoes and face. Also had to use it for the back of my costume (see other review titled Looks good from the front) since there was no blood on the back of the dress. Wish I had bought 2!

Used this plus same brand of paste and gel to achieve Carrie look and Freddy Krueger looks. (Also light foundation, dark pencil, & blush to create burn look on Freddy--way better than buying mask.) Apply early to let all bloods dry before attending party!

My daughter dressed as a vampire for Halloween and the blood dripping down from the corners of her mouth really completed the look. It does dry like real blood so doesn't keep the fresh, dripping blood look. I brought the bottle when we went out and did a quick touch-up about half way through the evening.
