I would recommend this outfit for those who find themselves required to wear a costume. Everyone is familiar with Star Trek and the costume takes no effort to put together. Buy the shirt, add black pants, black shoes, and you have yourself a costume.
I bought this for my boyfriend's costume. I bought the medium based on the other reviews noting that it ran big. It could have been alittle more fitted but still looked good.

Decent quality for the price. I don't think I would have paid full price for it The other reviews were helpful because I ordered a large v. XL which would be my normal size. Chest 46" waist 36". The Large fit nicely with enough room. I would drown in XL. I know because I am a Trekker that bought a blue XL and it is too big.

My husband and I bought matching outfits for this Halloween. The color of this Scotty shirt is wine-color, not bright red. The quality is good for a Halloween costume---although it is very hot due to the polyester material. The sizing fits pretty true to size. My husband usually wears size L in polo shirts but has lost some weight and the LARGE was too big for him. We returned it for a MEDIUM and it fit much better. The shirt has a lot of extra room in the chest area and upper arms---if you aren't big there, then you might choose the smaller of the sizes if you think you might be in between a size.
