My 7 year old son was very excited to get this costume for "Star Wars day" (may the 4th) When it arrived, he immediately went to try it on.He came out of his room very dismayed because he couldn't get the belt to fit. It was WAY TO BIG for any child. It is labeled child size on the belt, but it fit around my husbands waist. With a bit of modification we were able to sort of make it work. But for the price, I expected it to be better.

The material is so thin it ripped in several places the first time my son tried it on. The belt that came with the costume wrapped around him 2 times! It wouldn't even fit an adult Anakin. The shoe covers are way too small, they only cover 3/4 of the shoe - my son has small feet for his age too - size 13.

Belt was huge (fits his Dad) and fabric is flimsy and pulls easily. One thread got caught and unraveled the bottom of the sleeve during the first 5 minutes. Oh well, Kindergartner likes it for the fun factor, but Mom is not satisfied for price and quality.

This costume isn't bad for the money. The only real issue is that the sizing is too large. I bought this for my eight year old son, and the belt for it fits me and my 34 inch waist.

I should have listened to the other reviews but my son really wanted this costume. The pants fit fine on my 5 year old, but there was no way the shirt was getting over his head, the neck hole was so tiny. I had to cut it at the seams on both sides just to get it on! Now I'll have to pin it and hope it doesn't look too horrible. The belt looks like it's been run over a few times - it doesn't look anything like the photo. Plus, it fits me not him. I may have to cut the belt too and just try pinning it in the back. Had the potential to be a cute costume but unfortunately it is just a huge waste of money.
