This was a good costume that was not a cheap piece of garbage ready to fall apart with every little movement like some others we've had in the past. The mask and gloves were good quality and fun for my son to wear but stinky which limited their fun factor outside of Halloween night. The "but" of this review is 2-fold...the costume is very hot which is great for a cold Halloween, not so great for a school dress-up or warm night. The fur on the costume shed worse than my dogs! I am still finding that fine fuzz floating around in the house and the car and my son struggled with the fur in his mouth on Halloween.

The costume is well-constructed, warm, and comfortable. It held up very well on a chilly, rainy night. It's very realistic.

My 8 year old son loves it - my only comment on the sizing would be I bought the medium and he is a small kid and it fit him perfectly. Great quality they have not missed anything -slightly disapointed no Chebacca specific gun

We've been buying costumes from a competitor for years and we were accepting of the quality. After receiving an email from this company, my 6-yr-old son spotted Chewbacca and nothing else would do. So, we bought from both companies this year and boy, were we surprised with the better qualtiy from buycostumes.com! We will definitely be coming here first next year! As for the Chewbacca costume, my son is thrilled! The construction is wll stitched and the mask is not of flimsy material. We are very pleased!

The overall design of this costume is good! My son did not enjoy the mask. It was too big and hard for him to see and breath. The body suit is scratchy, so your child will need to wear something underneath it. My son loved being a wookie and that made all the negatives of the costume fade away. This is a wonderful costume for your Star Wars fan!
