First of all, it's looks exactly as advertised. (helmet excluded as noted) I am disappointed with the quality for the money. The helmet visor Velcro fell off immediately after opened as others have noted. The jumpsuit is practically see-thru. I'm 6'4 240lbs and took a chance getting the extra large. It is snug and short. I expected more from a licensed stars wars product.

My husband is 5'8" and this fit kind of tight in the torso area; this was his biggest complaint. The helmet shown in the picture is not the one you get (I think it says that in the description). The one you do get is flimsy plastic, and the visor part fell out as soon as we took it out of the package (it's supposed to stick with velcro, but the velcro fell off). My husband tried to super glue it back, but it just fell off again, so he ended up going without it. Other than that, the material wasn't bad, and there were a TON of pockets. Enough for the car keys, phone, ones on the arm that were perfect for his cigars, and then some. Overall, I think he liked it, other that it riding up a bit.

Every kid needs a good wingman on the big night at the end of October. Sure, the helmet is a bit flimsy, but it looks great anyway. And the flightsuit is a little snug for slighly chubby middle-aged X-fighters such as myself. But no one seemed to notice. On the plus side, the kids loved it, and moms love a man in uniform. Dads all have their favorite Star Wars stories to tell. All in all, a great product!

NOTE: THE HELMET SHOWN IS THIS WEB SITE'S X-WING HELMET, SOLD SEPARATELY! Oh, and the yellow visor is not in my picture below. I didn't remove it to remove my face; I just haven't reattached the darn thing. ---------------------- This costume is quite a good costume, and the only bad thing about it was the helmet (but what do you expect for $69?). Price: Well, we all would like it if it was cheaper. Compared to other web sites, this one is (mostly) cheaper, and the costume itself is suprisingly good quality. Fun Factor: When you live in a place where NO ONE dresses up, its very much fun! :D Now all it needs is an included blaster holder, and it would be ever better! Quality - Costume: What the picture shows. The chest straps do not go behind the body and are attached onto the costume above and below the arms, but the belt that goes underneath goes to the back (not shown). +1 star for 6 pockets and a zipper on the front (read: for men). The "shoes", obviously meant to go on top of your own shoes, do not do a very good job and so I suggest getting black shoes to go underneath. The waist belt is extremely adjustable. VERY good costume! Quality - Helmet: The helmet is very, very CHEAP! Be VERY careful, unless you are getting a better one. The yellow blast shield broke off when touched (glue gunned the Velcro back on). The whole helmet was bent inwards slightly, making it more vertical than it should; it is very low quality. it also did not include the bottom chin piece! Its reduced quality made it look slightly different and lower quality than the picture shown (which is this site's X-Wing Helmet). OVERALL: Barring the helmet, this costume is a must-buy if you do not wish to make your own. However, I suggest getting a good X-Wing helmet (like the one sold on-site), the Han Solo blaster (or that dart-shooting rebel blaster), and some rebel boots (check out costume making tutorials on how to make this), and you'll be ready to defend the Rebellion and save the galaxy in your X-Wing fighter! -1 Overall for the Helmet. -1 Quality for the Helmet. -1 Fun Factor for Helmet.
