The costume itself was great... it fit well and although the pants are a little translucent, you can easily wear light-colored undergarments and no one can see them when you put on the cloak. The belt is made of a foam type material attached to a sash that ties in the back and although that is OK, it took away from the overall realism of the costume. A better made belt would help immensely, especially if it has a slot that fits the lightsaber and a real holster for a blaster. But, for the price, this was a good costume and I recommend it. :)

As a family we dressed up as Luke Skywalker, Princess Leia, and Yoda. The Luke outfit was great. It fit my husband perfectly and was not too hot (we live in FL). The only negative is that the boot/shoe covers were too small so they just flopped around on top of his shoes. Very good otherwise. We will definitely save it for use again in the future.

This costume does the job... it's a VERY basic representation of Luke. Everything is pretty flimsy and lightweight (great for hot weather), but when it all comes together with a light saber it's recognizable and fun. You'll get the MOST bang for your buck by having friends dress up as the other characters. My girlfriend wore the Leia slave outfit and, with all the attention she got, I was simply an accessory (which is fine by me). Running into Darth Vader on the street was fun too.

The top for this costume is perfect, although it isn't quite the same as the one pictured. There are boot tops attached to the pants, which I cut off and, admittedly, the pants kind of suck. The belt is just a flat piece of felt-like material with everything sort of drawn on it. The fit of the costume is what makes it worthwhile and even though it could be better, it still looks good. It's a very lightweight material,so you won't die from the heat. I definitely recommend making your own belt, modifying the pants in some way, and getting the jedi robe to wear with it. All in all, not terrible, but could be a little better.
