We ordered the 6-12mo. size for my daughter because she currently wears 6-9 mo. size clothes but the costume fits WAY big on her. The head piece is especially large and has no way of fastening it under the chin like other kid costumes... I'm going to have to pin it up a bit and then hope it stays on (good thing she can't crawl yet...). We bought a similar costume for Yoda for my son a few years ago and it fit much better (the headpiece was just right!), so I'm a bit disappointed in the fit... but what do you expect for an infant costume? Ironically, the belt is too tight (our daughter is a chubby one), but the costume will do.

I just purchased the infant size for my 5 month old, who is currently wearing 9 month clothing. The infant size is supposed to be for 6-12 months, however the "dress" looks like a 2T, and the head piece, although quite cute, is large enough for an adult! Disappointed with the sizing, and will be returning.

This costume is adorable and warm, but runs big. I bought the 6-12 month version for my 13 month old and it fit just right.

My daughter wore the headpiece for a few seconds before pulling the bun off. It is very poorly made. The cost is way too high for the quality. It is cute but not sure I would buy again.

Very cute costume, especially if your kiddo (or husband, in our case) is a big Star Wars fan. The costume isn't the greatest quality - it's polyester, the dress and belt fasten with velcro and it's a lot of fabric for a little one to wear, would probably be great for the Halloween season when it can be chilly, but I wouldn't have my daughter wear it for long if it was warm. The costume does seem to run big, my daughter wears a 3T and it was pretty big on her. Thankfully there is an elastic waistband and a belt that lets you cinch in the middle to help it fit better. The biggest problem for us was the hairpiece. It's basically a big floppy skullcap with the buns on either side, no elastic or any way to cinch it/adjust to make it fit better. I ended up cutting the buns off the cap and hot glueing them to a toddler sized brown headband, that worked MUCH better. All in all it's a really cute costume if you want a Leia look for your little girl. :)
