My son is 8 years old. I bought him size 12 and it fit perfectly. The only problem I found, was that the goggles never fit him they kept falling off. However the rest of the costume is great.

Light up Mask is uncomfortable and hard to wear, all velcro had to be cut and adjusted.
Overall we were happy with the purchase, however we did not realize it was a one piece jumpsuit and the legs were a little tight and could not wear jeans underneath.
