I ordered this to go with my daughters nurse costume that I also ordered here. I knew it stated that it was to work, but I did not think it would look and sound as real as it did. My daughter had a fun time with this. Her friends thought it was really neat too.

I'm going as Night Nurse Nora this year and I wanted this to finish off the costume. It actually works and so far haven't had any issues with any of the pieces falling off. You can hear a faint heartbeat with it along with every noise imaginable while holding it. For the price, you can't beat it!
