I read the reviews about the costume fitting smaller than usual and to order a size larger. So I ordered a size larger, which happened to be the largest size. When I got the costume, the top fit good, but the pants were way too tight. It seemed to me that the pants only changed with length and not in the waist. They were very long, but a tight fit. My friend got the Akuma costume in a size smaller and the waists were the same. The material was very thin, but stretched very easily.

I paired this with other characters from the game and we were a hit. Pants are a bit tight but otherwise good.

Awesome costume - the materials is fine for what the price is (probably only last a Halloween or two). Overall I'm impressed with the cut of the costume for the price (and even the gloves that come with are of good quality) However, I'd watch sizing. I'm 5'8", 165 lbs, ordered a medium size and it fits like a glove. According to the given size chart, I'm a size "small" so I would recommend you go up a size (or even two). The length on the pants is perfect for my height, any taller and you are showing your shins.

I was impressed with the overall look and design of the costume with the exception of a wig not being included so that required an extra trip to my local Party Bazaar in Vancouver. But anyway, the wig I picked up was a standard mullet-type blonde wig which ended up being too much work to style properly since it was synthetic material so I'll just grow out my hair and dye it next time! I ordered the large size which fit very well overall but I found the elastic in the waistband of the pants to be rather weak so I decided to replace the original elastic with a long draw string which made it feel more authentic anyway. The gloves aren't built to last so I won't be using this this daily! However, they fit well and really added a nice touch to the overall look of the costume. The gi was my favorite part of the costume since it fit very well and looked pretty cool! The belt was decent and kept the gi on without any trouble throughout the night. In conclusion, I recommend this costume but you'll need to go the extra mile and prepare your hair ahead of time for the perfect look instead of picking up a wig to go with this costume. The drawstring modification for the pants was my own preference so the original one may be perfect for you!
